Important COVID-19 Update Salon Closure
Dear Valued Clients,
As per the announcement made by our Prime Minister on Monday 23rd March, we have been advised that we must close down our salons immediately to avoid any further social contact.
We are really sorry that the Coronavirus has caused so much disruption, however, as I am sure you will understand your safety and that of our own staff has to be our main priority during these uncertain times.
We are aware that clients are concerned about the length of time it might be until their next appointment and asking, “How will I manage?” We have set up a HELP email firstname.lastname@example.org, please just email us your issues or concerns and we will endeavour to answer you within 24 hours.
Please be advised we will not be able to offer a hands-on service because of the restrictions; however, our trained team might be able to offer advice or tips to help you get through until we open our doors.

**We have listed some tips below that might be helpful in the meantime:
MANAGING YOUR ENHANCER SYSTEM DURING ISOLATION:
• Kirby grips/bobby pins are a great way to temporarily keep your system in place. You can actually get them through the holes in the mesh and they will then grip on to your natural hair. This won’t feel as secure as when you have had an adjustment appointment, but they should keep the system in place temporarily.
• Clients who use tape – you may want to change your tape more frequently than usual to keep your system forward and secure. If you only use tape in one section, then use the bobby pins in the areas where you have connections.
• Please keep conditioner and any silicone-based products away from your connections as these products can loosen them.
